Internet Booking Special: $195. This reservation is held with a credit card nothing is charged until after you fly. If we cancel due to weather then nothing is charged to you.
Gift Certificate: A gift certificate is non-refundable and fully transferable. Some restrictions may apply.
If you are booked at this rate and we have to cancel due to weather we are more than happy to reschedule you, however it is non-refundable so you would be able to reschedule for another day. There are no refunds on Gift Certificates once purchased.
Chase option: Chase
option is for those who
wish to participate but
not fly in the balloon.
They are able to follow
from the ground with our
staff and join for the
brunch afterwards. The
rate per person for the
chase and brunch is
$40.
Balloon Flight & Lodging Packages: Our reservation specialists will discuss with you, your lodging, timing, and pricing options based on your arrival date.
If you are using Flight Vouchers or Gift Certificate to make an online reservation just enter the flight voucher/gift certificate numbers and the letter code in the Notes section.
Cancellation Policy: If you must cancel your reservation please contact us by phone at least 48 hours prior to your flight date to avoid charges. If for any reason Balloons Above The Valley must cancel your flight, there is no charge to your credit card. If you are using a Gift Certificate, they are non-refundable however they are extended for six months from the canceled date.
